Return window & condition
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 calendar days from the day you receive the goods. Items that are new, lightly used, defective or affected by a product quality issue are eligible. Returns for customer preference and product issues are accepted.
Start a return
Email [email protected] with your order reference, item and reason for the request. Support will provide the return mailing address and instructions. Do not send returns to the public operating address unless support directs you to do so.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping for a customer preference return. BOOGD pays return shipping for a product issue return. Contact support to arrange the applicable return instructions.
Exchanges
Contact support for the return mailing address and send the item back. A replacement will be arranged after the returned item is received.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from receipt of the returned item and sent to the original payment method.
