Use of the store
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep account credentials private. Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Products & descriptions
Product descriptions, specifications and prices are displayed on each product page. Read the dimensions and configuration before ordering. Natural wood color and grain can vary where stated in the product description. Decorative props pictured with an item are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Orders & payment
Orders are charged in USD when placed. Taxes and duties are included. The merchandise subtotal, shipping charge and total are displayed for review before payment. Submitting delivery details alone does not place an order.
Shipping & addresses
Processing takes 2–5 business days and transit takes 15–30 calendar days. Shipping destinations, charges, tracking and address-change rules are described in the shipping policy. Address changes are not accepted after dispatch.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 calendar days of receipt, subject to the conditions in the returns policy. Support supplies the return address. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt of the returned item.
